Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday stated that providing timely, high-quality, and affordable healthcare to every resident of the national capital is the government’s top priority. Therefore, on this, the Delhi government is continuously working to develop the city into a medical hub by expanding healthcare infrastructure and improving access to specialist services. The Chief Minister made these remarks while inaugurating the NovaNeo Hospital in Budh Vihar Phase-1. The newly launched hospital is a modern healthcare facility that focuses specifically on newborn babies. Hence, the Delhi healthcare system will be strengthened through public-private partnerships to deliver better results for citizens, highlighting the importance of collaborative efforts in improving access to quality healthcare.According to a MillenniumPost media news report, during the visit to Novaneo Hospital, the CM inspected various wards, diagnostic facilities, and specialised medical units, and interacted with doctors and medical staff to understand the hospital’s infrastructure, modern equipment, and patient care services.She expressed hope that NovaNeo Hospital would set new standards in medical excellence, compassion, and patient-centred care, especially in the treatment and care of newborns. Such institutions play a crucial role in meeting the growing healthcare needs of the city.
