Through detailed clinical evaluation, imaging, and laboratory investigations, the patient was diagnosed with locally advanced carcinoma gallbladder with synchronous carcinoma sigmoid colon.Dr. Chatterjee explains the clinical decision-making process, treatment strategy, and supportive care approach used to manage anemia during active cancer therapy.
