Mumbai: Zydus Lifesciences Limited has received a tax demand order amounting to Rs 3.28 crore from the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Gujarat, related to the financial year 2019-20.The order, issued under Section 74 of the CGST Act, 2017, pertains to the alleged inadmissible availment of Input Tax Credit (ITC). The demand includes applicable interest and penalty.
