New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued a notice regarding the non-processing of the GST amount due to the unavailability of candidates’ bank details.The NBE mentioned that the refund of GST amounts for some candidates has not been processed due to missing or incorrect bank details.According to the board, it had earlier released a public notice asking candidates to submit their bank account details so that the pending GST refunds could be processed. While many candidates have already completed the process, a few have either not submitted their bank details or provided incorrect information, which has delayed the refund.NBEMS has now given these candidates one more opportunity to submit the correct bank details. Due to unavailability of bank details, the refund of GST amount could not be processed till date. All the above candidates are hereby given the final & last opportunity to submit their bank details (in their own name only) latest by 15/04/2026.. Failure to submit the bank details latest by 15/04/2026, shall result in non-processing of the refund of GST amount. The responsibility for the same shall lie with the concerned candidate and no communication in this regard shall be entertained,” the notice read.The board has advised candidates to ensure that the bank details provided are accurate, as the refund can only be processed after proper verification.
