New Delhi: Zydus Lifesciences Ltd has informed that Ampliman 2, France, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has been dissolved without liquidation, effective January 9, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.Ampliman 2 was a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus MedTech (France) S.A.S., which in turn is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus Lifesciences.
