Thiruvananthapuram: The Government of Kerala has issued a revised order modifying the documents required to be submitted by candidates seeking admission to medical courses under the NRI quota.The changes have been notified through G.O.(Rt) No.191/2026/H&FWD, issued by the Health and Family Welfare Department, with immediate effect As per the government order, the revised document requirements are based on recommendations from the Admission Supervisory Committee and the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government are pleased to order that the NRI students shall submit the following documents in addition to the documents mentioned in the GOs read above for admission to the Medical courses.Also Read:CEE Kerala extends round 3 NEET PG counselling registration deadlinei. Resident Identity Card: In cases where visas are not stamped on passports (e.g UAE), the Resident Identity Card shall be accepted in lieu of the visa, without the requirement of attestation from the Indian Embassy/Consulate General. ii. Sponsorship Certificate: Documents attested by Embassies abroad shall have a validity of six months.
